RETAINER CONSULTANCY OPTION (RCO)  

  The primary aim of the consultancy will be to assist SME's, Engineering, Post16 Education & Training Providers and Community Organisations in their development and growth. Unlike other consultants, we intend to provide a long-term service, dedicating a number of days per month to each organisation on a retainer basis. This will strengthen your management and staff team (You will be able to quote us as a member of your staff)

 

  Working with a small number of providers will allow us to provide the following professional bespoke service:

  • Strategic Business Development

  • Project Management

  • Staff & Resources Review

  • Health & Safety review

  • QA review                               

  • Lobbying on your behalf

  • Contract negotiation

  • Tender preparation

  • Additional Funding Routes

  • Systems review

  • Marketing & brand development

  • Mini Inspection review

 

 The monthly retainer is £100 

(additional days rate when signed up to retainer is @£150)

  • Information & research requests - free 
  • Support via email & telephone - free
  • Feedback reports following attendance at external meeting on your behalf - free
  • Use of our staff credential against your company - free
  • Use of TCC logo - free
  • Travel & Subsistence - free within the Greater Merseyside area, beyond this area by contract.
  • Vat - N/A
